Caring Neuroleadership

General objective: Specific training in leadership based on the most current neuroscience evidence, orchestrated with humanistic accompaniment for organizational change.

Specific content: This training provides us with the latest neuroscience evidence to equip leaders with awareness of the potentialities and limitations of the human condition, adding to the business vision of efficiency and to the scientific evidence on the opportunity to cultivate kindness as a culture of well-being in companies. The book "Your Brain at Work" by Dr. David Rock, founder of the Neuroleadership Institute and creator of the term Neuroleadership, will be followed as a reference.
