Human Hub Training
Emotional support for companies
General objective: Add Human Hub training sessions to your business culture to enhance the group's emotional experience and integrate it into organizational processes.
Expected benefits: Conflict management, group cohesion, stress and anxiety management, assertive communication, and resilience.
Specific content: These sessions follow a structure and methodology designed to capture the team's emotional moment, allowing them to connect, understand, and act on commitments that help them navigate their actions and care from awareness.
Structure of the sessions:
- Reception and alignment of the participants - Assertive expression of the group memory (what has happened, how has it affected us, what can we do?) - Exploration dynamics and emotional regulation tools Embracing Humanity (providing tools and reflections to the team) - Sharing and commitment to action - Acknowledgements
Recommended duration: Minimum 1 and a half hours, in weekly or biweekly monitoring of the group.
Modalities: In-company face-to-face (more than one team per day), online, or Hybrid.
Prerequisites: For these meetings to function properly, participants must previously adhere to the rules of free participation and respect to ensure the well-being of all participants.
